They Tried to clone a drive that failed, after a day of trying and failed drive wouldn't clone. They contacted me with my options, and were upfront with the cost and the time it would take to repair. As the cloning of the failed drive didn't work, I was not charged for that service. ( Didn't expect the no charge, as Red Alert did work to clone it.) computer is back and running like before.
